7:00 p.m. Public Hearing on Zoning Article #16 to set the dimensional regulations for a solar array to be constructed on Assessor’s parcel 19-63, located at the corner of Otis Street and Smith Valve Parkway.
7:00 p.m. Public Hearing on Zoning Articles #17, 18, 19 to be placed on the 2014 Annual Town Meeting Warrant to discuss amending the Zoning Bylaws as follows:
Article 1, Administration and Procedure, Section 1200, Administration, Subsection 1241, Design Requirements;
Article 2, District Regulations, Section 2300, Use Regulation Schedule, by amending the District Table in reference to Open Uses, Supervised Camping;
Article 2, District Regulations, Section 2500, Dimensional Regulations, Subsections 2540, Multiple Buildings and; Article 5, Definitions, including new Definitions for Multiple Uses; Accessory Building; Accessory Use; and Principle Use.
